Villa El Sueño Blanco
El Sueño Blanco is a luxury villa, located in a residencial area on the Monte los Almendros (Mountain of the Almonds) in Salobreña at one hour-drive from Malaga.
A system for heating up the poolwater is installed as well (during the whole year!). The house is located in a quiet street (cul de sac) and offers an ideal peaceful place to relax and enjoy holidays.
Very exceptional for a house on the Monte is the fact that the whole livingspace is situated on one level, which makes it convenient for elderly people.
In 2017 an extra private appartment has been added on the upper terrace which is not rented.
This level is the same one as the terrace with the 12 m heated infinity pool and a tropical garden. In the pool you have really the impression to swim in the sea. There is no chlorin in the water. As told above the heatingsystem was recently improved with an automatic high quality lamelar curtain of polycarbonate, inbuild at the bottom of the pool. As a result the watertemperature can be kept whole year long and even in winter a strong heating pump compensates for the eventual loss of calories during night.
From its wide (partially covered) southfacing terraces one overlooks the old town of Salobreña and its Moorish Castle and gets spectacular views to the Mediterranean Sea, hills of the Alpujarras (foothills of the Sierra Nevada) and Salobreña beach.
Outside furniture, BBQ area (gas BBQ) in the outside kitchen with table and chairs will facilitate to adapt to the southern way of living.

Behind the kitchen is a small terrace with a hammock from which you have a private rockview.
Another terrace is found one level below the main terrace, with a pooltable and bananatrees in the sidegarden.
At the end of the street in which the house is situated one faces the Sierra Nevada mountains often still covered with snow from november till may.
In the winter season at only less than an hour drive one can go skiing in the mountains, making this location quiet exceptional in the world : skiing in the morning and eating calamares on the beach in the afternoon!
Particularly , as its name tells, the white color is predominant in the finishing of the interior as well as the outside of the owner herself was reponsable for the furnishing and interior modern design and created an oasis of beauty.
From every room one can be impressed by the blue sea and skyviews.
The villa is not suitable for children under 16 and pets are not allowed.
The modern kitchen incorporates an American fridge (Siemens), cooking island with inductioncooking, oven, microwave, winecooler 12 B, Nespresso coffeemachine, washing machine and has an inbuild audiosystem + Smart TV.
The big living and dining area with white leather salon, has heigh (6m) ceilings and in warmer summerdays a cooling breeze can be installed opening small windows of the inside patio, which gives view on a big cactustree.
The house is equiped with all contemporary Hi-standard supplies as airco heating/cooling in kitchen, living and diningarea and the three bedrooms. There is a remote control gas fire place for in cooler winterevenings in the huge salon. You can listen to a surround Hifi Sonossystem that makes it possible to hear music from all over the world as well as to your own streamed music from your mobile (the app can be downloaded from the site: https://www.sonos.com/).
A satellite TV with HD-OLED curved -TV is available ,as well as a blueray player and WIFI internet acces -glassfiber (with internet TV as well).
Garden & Outside
Behind the house there is a tropical cactusgarden between the rocks.
The villa is accesable with car and a garage for two cars can be used as well as a parkingplace near the garden. In the garage is a charging point 3-phase 400 V for an electric car (Mennekens type 2).
We also offer a newly constructed petanque field and padel court to our tenants plus a tennis court, mini football, community pool and basketball training field.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
All bedrooms have inbuild wardrobes and have big double beds, two of which can be made up as separate beds. There are readingleds at each side of the beds. Matrasses and bed line are top quality. Everyone of these rooms offer wide views to the sea.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom offers a broad double bath, toilet, walk-in shower and two lavabos. It has a view on a second inbuild patio.
Another toilet and a bathroom with two lavabos and walk in shower is found near the corridor to the bedrooms. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms.
In every bedroom there is a Smart TV, USB ports for charging electronic devices and a desktable .In the master bedroom you'll find a minibar as well.
